That’s what we do.
In 2014, I created ConciergeMarin, a unique, local, small business that manages, markets, and maintains elite or unusual private vacation rental homes in Marin County. I started with one prestige home in Mill Valley (the owners have multiple homes and live out of state). My second home, also in downtown Mill Valley (the owners live in Chicago full time), followed in 2015. And I’ve worked with more than a dozen home owners since then!
The homes on my roster typically rent for $425 to $1500/night and are consistently booked. Properties can be added or dropped, based on the homeowner’s needs. I’m proud of the long-term (and short-term) relationships I’ve built with my homeowner clients and with their rental guests. I have been a SuperHost since 2015.
