The only neighbors you may see are a family of quail who reside on the hillside nearby. Down the long private driveway, this is the second separate guest dwelling on an expansive, 5-acre estate. Complete privacy, with hillside, big sky, tree and water views.

This 300 sq ft, one bedroom cottage features a private gated entrance, patio seating with a view of Tomales Bay, a dedicated parking space, electric fireplace, memory-foam queen size mattress with bamboo linens, full bathroom with shower, convenience kitchen, Sonos speakers with iPad (provided), high-speed Wi-Fi across the entire property, and a huge generator for back-up power in the event PG&E is compromised.

Please note: This is the simplest and most modest accommodation on this beautiful property. While we provide the basic amenities (like bedding, towels, soaps, microwave, electric kettle, French press, utensils, glassware and dinnerware) there is no TV, stove, dishwasher, or laundry in this unit. Laundry and cleaning services can be arranged if requested sufficiently in advance.

The property is located less than one mile to Chicken Ranch Beach overlooking Tomales Bay, four miles to downtown Inverness (shops, deli and restaurants) and to Heart's Desire Beach (through the Tomales Bay State Park), and six miles to the gateway of the Point Reyes National Seashore including North Beach, the Tule Elk Reserve, and the Lighthouse. We recommend a car, as the property is almost one mile away and up a steep hill from the main road, and the West Marin Stage Coach, Golden Gate Transit busses, and Uber/Lyft have very limited availability.
