With a rare combination of being elevated in the trees, including glimpses of San Francisco Bay on the west side of the house and views of Mount Tamalpais - every room has something special to offer.

With a 14 seat dining table, 8 seat salt water hot tub, a fully equipped spacious kitchen, plenty of decks for relaxing and a movement space in the converted garage (20ft x 30ft), this house has everything you need for a rich experience of togetherness, rejuvenation and inspiration.

There are 7 spacious bedrooms and 12 beds, comfortably accommodating 12 guests each with their own bed.

We'll customize the option for twin beds or king beds in two of the bedrooms according to what suits your group best.

There are 3 full bathrooms (all with showers, including in the master bathroom). And there is one half bathroom (no shower or bath tub) on the upper level.

Soak in the 8 person salt water hot tub under the stars, go deep with bringing your visions to life, rock yourself into deep relaxation on the porch, enjoy the character and charm of San Rafael just a 5 min drive from the property or explore hiking trails just a 5 minute walk away.

This dream house is located in one of the best spots for respite in the Marin County / North Bay while still being easy to access: 45 minutes to wine country, 40 minutes to San Francisco, 1 hour to Oakland airport,1 hour to SFO airport (local shuttle available to San Rafael - it’s a 7 min Uber or Lyft ride from the shuttle station to the property).

Easy access to San Francisco with public transportation - the Larkspur Ferry is a 12 min uber ride away. The perfect location to explore all that Marin has to offer - a 7 minute uber ride into San Rafael, 15 minute uber ride to Sausalito or Mill Valley, and 25 minute uber ride into Fairfax to experience the quintessential charm of northern California.
